Sales Representative Location: Hail, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: Section Head
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive the sales of the company’s products and services within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue, contributing to both short- and long-term business objectives, and generating market demand.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Sales Manager to set realistic and achievable sales targets. Manage sales activities within an assigned geographic area or product line to maximize revenue. Build and maintain a strong business pipeline. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and demand generation. Handle negotiations on pricing, contracts, and tenders in consultation with the Section Head and Sales Manager. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Monitor market trends and assess their impact on sales strategies and profitability. Ensure CRM management and timely reporting. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones as set by the company. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience: 5-15 years of experience in sales, preferably within a related industry. Skills: Strong market knowledge and lead generation capabilities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
