Target location for this territory is East Bay, CA

Responsibilities:

Successfully implement sales strategies to compete and exceed sales targets.Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients.Determine client needs and provide tailored solutions using our innovative products.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Provide world-class customer service and support.Strictly adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a science related field requiredMin 2+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific industry.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $57,300.00–$85,950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
