As a Sales Representative Inbound, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Hilton Direct team reporting to the Senior Manager, you will handle inbound customer inquiries and be responsible for qualification and closing sales. You will also follow up with customers to drive revenue and market share growth.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nBe the first point of contact to support client group needs across multiple channels (1800 phone lines, email, request for proposal platforms).\nProvide customized solutions to drive business into Hilton’s 7500+ hotels worldwide by direct sales or collaborating with hotel partners.\nBuild meaningful and personalized partnerships to provide unlimited value to our clients while offering consultative hotel solutions.\nFollow the sales process to achieve revenue objectives.\nEnsure all data input, such as Salesforce (CRM), is complete and accurate.\nRespond to all correspondence promptly. \n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions.\nPartner with hotels to ensure complete alignment and active engagement.\nCross-functional collaboration to create efficiencies in the process. \n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:

\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nOne (1) year of professional experience in customer service\nSix (6) months of hotel on or off-property experience in a sales support or a sales role \nIn-depth knowledge of the hospitality and/or group travel industry \nProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel \nTravel - up to 5% \n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS Bachelor's Degree \nOne (1) year of hotel on or off-property experience in a sales support or sales role \nKnowledge of Delphi or similar property sales management system \nExperience using Salesforce \n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
