Job Title: Sales Representative  Location: Tel Aviv Contract: Permanent 

 

The Role 

 

The field agent is responsible for reaching the sales goals for the brands under his care and is required to contribute to consistent growth in sales by visiting customers frequently and providing exceptional service, in accordance with the customer's characteristics and needs. Also, the sales agent is required to implement the brand's marketing strategy in the field and provide the retailer with tools that will assist him in selling them to the end customer.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Reaching monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for each of the brands under his care.

Building a weekly work plan, to visit and service about 20 customers per week.

Maximizing the visibility of EssilorLuxottica brands at every point of sale, while supporting and coordinating with the marketing department to ensure the implementation of the company's trade marketing strategy.

Regular monitoring of sales reports while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion of distribution.

Building excellent working relationships with the company's clients, on a professional and personal level.

Ability to explain and provide training on the company's brands and provide tools for the retailer to sell them.

Verification of correct variety and adequate stock levels in each store.

      

Main requirements:

 

Previous sales experience of at least three years - a must!.

High interpersonal skills and able to develop interpersonal relationships with existing and new clients.

Excellent communication skills - proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, in writing and orally.

Self-study - having internal motivation and the ability to acquire knowledge independently.

Dealing with challenges and creativity in providing solutions.

Great time management and the ability to prioritize tasks at the highest level.

English at a high level - an advantage.

Familiarity with Excel reports.

Physical ability to lift and move around with luggage weighing 10-15 kg (product samples).

Valid driver's license - mandatory.
