As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing customer accounts, negotiating sales agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in introducing and maximizing the sales of products and services in both existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on offers, tenders, and relevant documentation to secure orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and implement new sales initiatives in consultation with management to increase sales volumes. Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, credit terms, and delivery, adhering to company policies. Provide accurate quotations after calculating appropriate costs and align with superiors for approval. Offer insights into market trends and customer needs to enhance the sales planning process. Act as the focal point for customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and proactive support. Coordinate with internal departments, such as technical services, marketing, and research, to meet customer demands effectively. Manage existing customer accounts, addressing inquiries and fostering strong client relationships. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant sales experience. Strong knowledge of the inspection market, products, and customer base. Proficiency in computer skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. Required Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving skills. Timely reporting and adherence to company policies. Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients. Compliance with contractual agreements, company ethics, and regulatory standards.
