Sales Representative - Modern Trade

To pursue sound business opportunities enabling sustained client satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships. To leverage industry expertise and the competencies of an extended team to meet client needs.

Roles:

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.Oversee and monitor company compliance activities related to branding, partnerships, etc., to ensure increased visibility of TSI.Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the Marketing/Brand team.Negotiate terms of sale agreements, variations in price, delivery, and specifications, and close sales transactions with assigned account portfolios.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.Prepare and check all daily, weekly, and monthly Sales reports.Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, or related fields.

Experience:

At least 2 years of sales-relevant experience.Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.

Skills:

Intermediate English skills.Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Intermediate computer skills (MS Office is a must).
