You will have the opportunity to work on a day-to-day basis with different areas and business partners to support our ability to maintain our brands. We are looking for someone passionate about our brands, relationships with customers, negotiations, and establishing medium and long-term commercial relationships with the industry.

The Sales Representative develops and executes innovative initiatives to drive growth for Brown-Forman brands. They establish and manage commercial relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring a dominant position in key accounts. All activities are conducted in strict compliance with Brown-Forman policies and local laws.

+ Identify, prospect, and negotiate with target accounts to secure new business opportunities and expand the reach of Brown-Forman brands.
+ Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeycustomerstakeholders,includingowners,partners,crews,andbartenders,tofosterlong-termpartnerships.
+ Execute,manage,andevaluateimpactfulincentiveplansforstaffandaccountownerstodriveengagementandbrandloyalty.
+ Ensuretheavailability,visibility,andproperpricingoffocusbrandsacrossallassignedaccounts,implementingcreativebrandexperiencesandactivities.
+ Conductengagingtrainingsessionsforstaff,accountowners,andconsumersonBrown-Formanbrandsandproductstoenhanceproductknowledgeandbrandappreciation.
+ Proactively monitor and report on own activities and competition, providing insightful analysis and identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
**What** **You** **Bring** **to** **the** **Table:**
+ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the commercial/marketing field, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using web platforms and Mac (iPad)
+ Stronganalytical,problem-solving,anddecision-makingskills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
