We have a fantastic opportunity to join the On-Premise sales team that supports the Brown-Forman Mexico Commercial organization, which has been certified by Great Place to Work for five consecutive years.
You will have the opportunity to work on a day-to-day basis with different areas and business partners to support our ability to maintain our brands. We are looking for someone passionate about our brands, relationships with customers, negotiations, and establishing medium and long-term commercial relationships with the industry.
Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Sales Representative develops and executes innovative initiatives to drive growth for Brown-Forman brands. They establish and manage commercial relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring a dominant position in key accounts. All activities are conducted in strict compliance with Brown-Forman policies and local laws.
What You Can Expect:
Develop and execute comprehensive work plans to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure effective territory management.
Identify, prospect, and negotiate with target accounts to secure new business opportunities and expand the reach of Brown-Forman brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including owners, partners, crews, and bartenders, to foster long-term partnerships.
Execute, manage, and evaluate impactful incentive plans for staff and account owners to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
Ensure the availability, visibility, and proper pricing of focus brands across all assigned accounts, implementing creative brand experiences and activities.
Conduct engaging training sessions for staff, account owners, and consumers on Brown-Forman brands and products to enhance product knowledge and brand appreciation.
Proactively monitor and report on own activities and competition, providing insightful analysis and identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the commercial/marketing field, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using web platforms and Mac (iPad)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
