The Sales Consultant will sell new and used vehicles by adhering to implemented sales strategies, meeting sales goals and objectives while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.

Qualified applicant should be a motivated individual with excellent people skills and proven track record. Bilingual a plus but not required, however, energy, positive attitude, outgoing personality and a good driving record a must.

Responsibilities

Prospect daily for customersGreat understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc.Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discountComplete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and leasesAchieve high CSI scoresLearn to overcome objections and earn the saleAvailability to work Saturday’s is required

Est. Annual Earnings: $45,000-$100,000++
