Responsibilities + Prospect daily for customers + Great understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc. + Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount + Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and leases + Achieve high CSI scores + Learn to overcome objections and earn the sale + Availability to work Saturday’s is required Qualifications + Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career + Excellent customer service and communication skills + A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships + Strong negotiation and presentation skills + Ability to work well in process driven environment + Professional, well-groomed appearance with good work ethic Est.
