**What You Can Expect**
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing assigned segmental sales ensuring market penetration in the individual segment and field implementation through sales initiatives and the marketing strategy.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Achieve the sales targets in the assigned territory and in specified products’ segment.
+ Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure the territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals.
+ Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers to increase market share.
+ Organizing information and training events
+ Instructing medical and healthcare staff in the use of the products and supporting them in their application
+ Continuous monitoring and assessment of the relevant markets
+ Maintaining contact with the target groups
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Degree in the medical field or relevant studies and/or many years of professional experience in a comparable sales role
+ Several years of sales activity in the field with proven success in a medical device company with a focus on surgery/orthopaedics
+ Knowledge of business administration
+ Medical knowledge and technical understanding
+ Good knowledge of the health policy environment (e.g. DRGs) and experience in the hospital business
+ Good IT user skills (MS Office package)
+ Good knowledge of English and German
