The Sales Representative UFS has the aim to achieve territory value/volume and distribution target in allocated sales area (Moldova), while promoting Unilever image and standards and creating strong customer relationships.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Achieving sales volume/value targets and distribution targets in the assigned area;

• Carrying out regular visits to existing clients in the area of responsibility according to the routes established with the Area Team Leader and ensuring logistics and sales services;

• Tracking the orders placed at the distributor until the moment of their OTIF delivery to the customer, in order to avoid and solve the situations of incomplete deliveries, wrong deliveries, etc.;

• Sending feedback to the Distributive Manager regarding the stock situation, problems regarding the OTIF delivery of orders to customers in order to find the best solutions to solve them;

• Monitoring the stock in the distributors' warehouses in the assigned area in order to track short-term products and find sales solutions, as well as to avoid out-of-stock situations;

• Organization and support of product presentations to UFS clients in order to list new products and increase consumption in new applications for the already listed portfolio;

• Reporting to the Area Team Leader in the format proposed by him all the requested information: visit plan, daily activity report, up-to-date sales, input for forecast and Sales Activity Plan, development plan top 10 clients/area;

• Up-to-date updating of the customer database by including new customers and modifying the data of existing customers in case of changes;

• Identification of new growth opportunities in the assigned area (eg new clients, listing of new products, penetration of new channels in the market), communication, evaluation, fruition and maximization of these opportunities for the benefit of UFS;

• Creating and maintaining good working relationships with customers in the area of responsibility, as well as with the distributors' employees operating in the respective area, cooperation with the distributors' sales agents in order to reach the proposed targets and maximize sales;

• Compliance with the conditions for awarding to customers the promotions communicated by the company (awarding criteria, promotion monitoring reports, preparation of supporting documents for awarded prizes, etc.) and the transmission of the above information to the Marketing department and the direct boss;

• Regular participation in sales meetings at the local level, in accordance with the program established by mutual agreement with the Area team Leader;

• Collaboration and permanent communication with all members of the UFS team in order to achieve the set objectives;

• Sending correct reports with information requested by various functions (e.g. Roadmap, reports to the Sales department, promotion monitoring information, other information required by Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or other departments), in the requested format or communication of new developments in the field of activity that could be of interest to the rest of the UFS team;

• Daily monitoring of the degree of achievement of the monthly target, communication of any problems that arise and the implementation of corrective measures discussed with the direct boss to reach the target;

• Keeping the equipment provided by the company (car, telephone) in good condition and maintaining them to the standards required by the company;

• It is mandatory for the Sales Representative to have in the car every day: the presentation kit, product samples, marketing and promotion materials provided by the company.

• It is mandatory for the UFS Sales Representative to use the Sales Force Automation tools (tablets) provided by the company on a daily basis in order to accurately monitor the daily activity and for better planning.
