**Purpose of Role**
An exciting opportunity has been made available for a commercially astute individual to join our growing Under Armour Commercial Sales Team. This role is based in the UK and is a standout position to work with one of our top five global accounts.
**Your Impact**
We are seeking a proactive individual with strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate internally and with Account Groups. You should have excellent analytical abilities, a keen understanding of market trends and the confidence to challenge norms by providing actionable insights on new opportunities and market trends within Under Armour’s portfolio.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Planning teams
+ Manage relationships with account Buyers, Merchandisers, and Logistical Planners
+ Drive strategic, sustainable and ambitious revenue growth in the footwear category across all genders and end-uses
+ A deep understanding of account and consumer needs is essential, whilst experience working with footwear is highly desirable.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Includes but are not limited to:
+ Extensive and daily use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and task management
+ Responsible for managing the brand relationships in the footwear category
+ Responsible for creating, updating and delivering a category-specific strategic account plan, ensuring that Under Armour is positioned to deliver growth aligned with the strategy
+ Strong knowledge and passion for sport and the sports industry (customer profiles, competitors and market trends)
+ Oversee the end-to-end sales process (e.g., sell-in, sell-out, assortment selection, in-season order book management and identification of additional stock opportunities)
+ Understand and articulate data throughout the season
+ Support internal product teams to help inform and drive strategies with new, existing and future opportunities
+ Proactively communicate business results to teammates
+ Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products and seasonal sales performance throughout the Go-To-Market process
+ Understand consumer needs to drive sustainable growth with new and existing opportunities for Under Armour
+ Develop assortment proposals to deliver against the distribution objectives/development of destination categories
+ Work closely with the Account Customer Service Team to ensure orders and delivery of products
+ Follow company policies and procedures
+ Perform other duties as assigned
+ Practice honesty and integrity alongside a solution orientated approach at all touchpoints between Under Armour teammates & external stakeholders

+ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
+ Desired two years of experience working in a commercial account management or comparable role, with a proven track record of high achievements
+ Experience of working in a B2B environment
+ Experience and/or understanding of working with product and design teams to drive account-relevant assortment
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiencies and results
**Workplace Location**
+ **Location:** UK Based with expected travel to Under Armour Office based in Frasers Group HQ (Shirebrook)
+ **Work-life Integration Designation** : You will typically work in the office two days per week, with the remaining days remote, depending on key Go-To-Market milestones and the selling season
+ **Travel** : 40% Travel encompassing visits to EMEA HQ (Amsterdam) & Frasers Group HQ locations (Shirebrook & London) plus regular retail visits to focus on category remit within the Team.
