Are you a Sales Professional looking for a step into the world of Consumer Healthcare or transitioning from Retail Pharmacy into Sales? We have a 9 x month FTC opportunity available in our Victoria Team as Sales Representative- VIC Eastern Suburbs. This is a highly visible role representing global leading brands in the Pharmacy channel and responsible for all aspects of Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Merchandising for your designated territory. This is a highly autonomous and customer-facing role, where you can lean on the support of your highly collaborative and top-performing team, whilst being competitively rewarded and enjoying a purposeful company culture.

Main responsibilities:
Sales to budget – Achieve sales budget and executional measures as nominated by the National/Sales Manager
Maximise product distribution, shelf positioning and merchandising as determined by the State/Field Manager & in accordance with marketing/promotional plans
Awareness of reporting on competitor and industry activity to enable the review of the impact on marketing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy accounts which will give our company the high profile necessary to achieve long term success
During special promotions, ensure correct and current promotional material is on display and placed correctly, checking any special pricing is correct
Ensure that all day-to-day business activities are conducted in accordance with company policy and in an ethical manner
Maintain an agreed call rate and call frequency
About you
Experience:
Ideally you will bring some experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical sales OR have working experience in the Pharmacy channel looking to break into Sales!
Must have proven background of exceptional customer Service and relationship building
Soft/ Technical Skills:
Must be able proactive and highly motivated in working autonomously
Team player and can-do attitude, positive and willing to learn!
High level of communication to engage with all levels of stakeholders- both internally and externally
Must have current valid Australian/Victorian Drivers Licence
