Sales/Sales Engagement Internship - 2025

The Sales/Sales Engagement Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the senior living industry while developing key sales skills. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the sales process, including customer relationship management (CRM), sales training, sales performance and sales strategy.

The Role: 

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand the senior living sales process Develop and edit written, video and graphic content for a variety of sales training and sales talent development programs  Develop and edit training content and provide other support for the Salesforce CRM Assist with auditing and updating existing content and developing new content for the online learning system  Compile and analyze sales performance data Audit and update subscribers and users of various sales systems Provide administrative support other sales and marketing projects, as needed 

 

Experience and Qualifications: 

Strong interest in sales  Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related fields High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems a plus

 

Knowledge and skills:

Highly developed organizational skills required to manage multiple projects and priorities Analytical skills for use in evaluating metrics, preparing reports and doing research Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Creativity to enhance training content development Quick learner, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: $21.00
