**CTG is seeking to fill a Sales (SDMM) Sub Lead opening for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.** **Location:** Remote, with occasional onsite travel, expenses paid **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Support global SAP implementation and rollout efforts, focusing on the SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules + Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements gathering and solution delivery + Coordinate activities within the SD/MM workstream, acting as a Sub Lead in a global project environment + Provide configuration, testing, and deployment support across project phases + Deliver documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer to internal teams + Participate in go-live and post-go-live support as needed **Skills:** + Expertise in SAP SD and MM modules; WM (Warehouse Management) module knowledge is a strong plus + Working knowledge of PS (Project Systems), particularly in customer project scenarios + Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting + Native-level English communication required + Familiarity with Japanese companies and rollout practices is highly desirable + Experience in the chemical industry is preferred **Experience:** + 10+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM, including global implementation and rollout projects + Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, either as a team lead or sub lead + Proven track record in multinational SAP deployment projects **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
