Sales Section Head - Jubail KSA
As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving team sales targets and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise in product knowledge, market dynamics, and strategic planning will enable you to drive sales performance while fostering client relationships. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales processes, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring team excellence.  

Key Responsibilities:
Understand business interface needs and establish benchmarks for effective decision-making in sales. Develop creative approaches to gather critical information for negotiating targets and strategies. Drive the internal negotiation process and facilitate successful planning sessions. Apply analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking to propose effective solutions. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, contracts, and proposals in line with company standards. Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze sales data, and provide comprehensive reports on sales and forecasts. Report sales outcomes and updates on turnover targets to the sales team. Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and quota setting. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. 5–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Key Skills and Competencies:
