How will you make a difference?
As a Sales Segment Leader Ports & Maritime you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support to customers within a specific segment, driving business development, and managing order intake and margins.
Responsibilities include promoting the product portfolio, managing tenders, monitoring competition, and maintaining CRM data for reliable reporting and planning.
What do we want to know from you?
You have a University/secondary degree in technical or economic direction.You have excellent English language skills (other languages is an advantage).You are experienced in sales activities and business development.What will your typical day look like?
Support regional sales to drive your Segment business.Responsible for Order intake and Margin within the Product line and segment.Promote BU product portfolio to Customers within defined scope/ customer and responsibility through visits, regular communication or exhibitions in order to develop Charging & Power Transfer – Ports & Maritime Market.Drive and initiate business development of new product families.Set-up all necessary relations/networks to develop Charging & Power transfer and Commercial Activities.Manage Tender from Request for Quotation up to contract award and signature in liaison with Technical and Project Management Departments.Monitor and perform commercial watch to the competition on market and support value analysis together with product management and marketing.Register, update and maintain all opportunities and tenders in CRM to assure reliable data for S&OP and reporting.Report periodically the commercial action plan (CAP).Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
