Sales Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential and existing customers to showcase our full range of services and products.

● Communicate effectively with customers, providing tailored solutions and clear quotations.

● Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to expand our customer base.

● Successfully close sales by demonstrating the advantages of our services over competitors.

● Facilitate the price negotiation process with clients while maintaining positive relationships.

● Manage debt collection and ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.

● Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

● Enhance customer retention by building and nurturing strong professional relationships.

● Conduct account management for assigned customers and monitor their commercial performance.

● Assist in customer surveying and the quotation process for tenders.

● Support marketing initiatives aligned with our growth strategy.

● Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.

● Share market intelligence with management to ensure our services remain competitive.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

● Diploma or degree in a business-related field.

● Comprehensive understanding of company products and services.

● Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

● Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

● Relevant tertiary education is an advantage.
