Overview We’re expanding our team and looking to hire customer-focused, and sales orientated people to join our Romford Office. In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. It’ll be your job to make sure they have a great experience and get details of the best insurance package which meets their needs. **No previous insurance experience is required, all training is provided** How you'll make an impact In this role, you will be helping customers to find insurance policies that meet their needs. We specialise in Caravan, Motorhome, Car, Home and Pet Insurance. We are currently running schemes for BMW Motored and the Post Office, as well as our own Devitt brand. This role requires no cold calling and will utilise your communication skills to build rapport and provide excellent customer service to existing clients. To help progress your career further with us, we also offer an excellent progression programme as well as fully funded professional insurance qualifications (CII). You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll: Create insurance quotes and sales/renewals over the phone to provide the best price for our customers, making sure you recommend the right type of cover - always keeping your customers' interests at heart Look for all opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our range of products depending on the customers’ needs Make and answer calls from customers and clients to gather information, provide updates, and talk through any concerns or questions they may have Leave the customer happy, with a positive lasting impression and an extraordinary feeling about our products and services Balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilising a range of systems and working in a supportive, friendly, and agile team About You Previous call centre experience is not necessary but desirable. We provide full training which covers everything from our product range to our phone system Experience in a previous customer-facing role is preferable, such as within retail, hospitality, care, education, or sales You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers.
