Your Key Responsibilities
Register all orders in SAP
Customer orders arriving directly at CS from the customer and is unclear will be sorted by CS
Attain and correct errors in Schaeffler Store/eCommerce and EDI
Quotations to customers (dual responsibility with sales)
Updating forecasts/delivery schedules or Sales
Entering of special prices
Entering of new part numbers
Order acknowledgements and delivery control
Support inquiry and invoicing performed by Schaeffler Industrial Services team
Start of RFQ 2 after checking with STC Start of RfQ 4 after checking with Sales
Claim handling. Project management for claims.
Collect facts to STC for technical/product claims.
Monitoring orders and scheduling from EDI customers.
Deliveries and special freights
Your Qualifications SAP, Excel knowledge.
