Your Key Responsibilities Develop and implement call plans to ensure efficient and effective coverage of customers Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Provide engineering back up to distributors and end users, both theoretical and hands on Ensure all customer call and information is updated in SalesForce on a regular basis Develop market understanding to ensure business growth Gain a thorough understanding of Schaeffler products including bearings, maintenance products and condition monitoring systems to effectively communicate 'value to clients' Achieve sales targets and provide feedback to management on market activity Develop new business through distribution sales channels directly and end users Your Qualifications Recognised degree / diploma in mechanical engineering or other relevant field. Candidates with a mechanical trade certificate are encouraged to apply. Minimum 3 years experience in a customer facing technical sales role with a successful track record Experience in the rotating equipment field would be highly advantageous Strong time management and problem-solving skills Experience working with distribution partners would be advantageous Schaeffler product knowledge would be advantageous Willingness to travel throughout Queensland on a regular basis
