What You Will Be Doing:

As the Sales and Service Manager for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will lead our sales, logistics, and field service teams. You will be responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a “Safety First” culture, hiring and developing employees, and addressing employee issues. The Service Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.

Primary Responsibilities: Recruiting, hiring and training of all logistic and field service personnel. Safety.  Field Service. Warranty field service. Coordinating outgoing new packages. Coaching. Performance reviews. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior experience as a Service Manager in a similar industry, possess strong problem solving skills and a strong focus on customer service. You should be able to lead by example and act as mentor, motivator, and director to those that report under you.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred. Required Qualifications/Skills: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Possess the necessary problem-solving skills to meet the needs of our customers and employees. Excellent people skills with customer service experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Specific industry experienced desired or an equivalent college degree. Values:
