The Slab Sales Lead is responsible for maximizing profitable sales volume by growing existing business, developing new relationships, and providing a top-notch customer experience. This individual will work with sales associates at all Ann Sacks locations to facilitate and support the sale of Slabs nationwide. It is critical that the Slab Sales Lead consistently delivers a gracious client experience and fosters strong community relationships in the market. Success in the position will be measured by the achievement of both individual and location sales plans. Professional growth opportunities include potential candidacy for management positions. **Specific Responsibilities** Sales Goals and Productivity: + Lead by example, developing client relationships, delivering superior service and sales results. + Manage individual and gallery performance results in partnership with showroom manager. + Review and assess total gallery pipeline and collaborate with team to develop strategies and approaches to convert while maintaining margin and profit goals. + Outreach & Prospecting to expand client reach to include fabricators, kitchen & bath businesses, and contractors. + Partner with local Ann Sacks Showrooms to provide training on how to engage existing clients in Slab materials. Deliver a client experience worthy of the Ann Sacks brand: + Provide gracious experience, including providing client samples and timely follow up communications. Showroom Operations Responsibilities in partnership with Warehouse and Administrative support teams: + Process quotes and communicate with clients on inventory, pick up requirements and payments. + Timely and effective resolve customer issues + Partner with Warehouse Lead to manage Team’s time and attendance, including coordination of schedules, guaranteeing the business needs are met. + Maintain office supplies including hospitality items, wrap/pack materials, and marketing collateral. **Skills/Requirements** **Experience** : Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience required with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results is required along with consistent level of performance as a sales professional meeting or exceeding objectives. Strong preference given to prior experience in interior or architectural design or luxury retail sales. **Education** : Coursework, certificate or degree in interior design, business management, or marketing is preferred but not required. Candidates with a variety of educational backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply. **Software** : Experience with Windows operating systems and intermediate skills with MS Office suite are required. Experience with Salesforce or a CRM program is highly preferred. **Other Key Skills** + Curiosity, creativity, and passion for design, architecture, art, or fashion are drivers of success! + The ideal candidate must possess demonstrated organizational and collaborative skills with advanced verbal and written communication skills. + Exemplary customer service skills in support of long-term business development. + Driven, goal-oriented individuals with a business owner mentality and desire to win are most successful in this role. \#LI-Onsite \#LI-KZ1 **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _The base salary range for this position is $67,000- $85,000 plus a competitive commission. The specific commission earned to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors.
