We are seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to streamline our client communication, lead generation, and social media presence. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with members while expanding our digital footprint. The position will help organize and improve our current systems while managing day-to-day communication and content creation.

The Impact you’ll makeLead Management & Appointment Setting\nConnect with leads and set appointments using Spark Memberships CRM\nFollow the provided scripts for consistent communication\nMake follow-up calls to members who miss classes (DNS calls)\nSchedule and confirm in-person meetings\nManage and track appointment success rates\nContent Creation & Social Media\nDesign engaging content using Canva\nMaintain consistent brand voice across platforms\nCreate and schedule social media posts\nTrack engagement and reach metrics\nDevelop content calendars\nSystems & Process Management\nWork within Microsoft 365 suite\nCreate and maintain staff checklists\nDevelop workflows using SystemHUB\nDocument processes and procedures\nOrganize and maintain digital files\nEmail & Communication Management\nHandle inbox management and organization\nRespond to member inquiries\nSend appointment confirmations\nCoordinate internal team communications\nMaintain professional communication standards\n
