What you can expect:
We are looking for a talented, solution-selling individual with specialized experience in contact center sales. Someone who understands industry best practices, can partner with both direct sales account executives and channel executives to generate new opportunities and increase sales funnel. Primary goal is to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers.
What you will be doing:
Qualifying opportunities and help perform needs assessment, engaging with partner and technical resources Creating, delivering, and managing client presentations, proposals and supporting regular business reviews Utilizing winning, solution-selling techniques to establish value and effectively guide sales processes to close Partnering with sales Account Executives and Partner Sales Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers Developing go-to-market strategies across various co-sell models (Intermedia Direct, Intermedia Channel Core and Advisor, Service Providers) Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and providing recommended solutions Delivering inspiring CCaaS and AI sales training sessions to drive channel and direct sellers activity
What you will bring to the role:
5+ years of CCaaS Direct Sales experience Expertise in contact center management principals and ability to provide insights to end users Deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS vendors and their solution sets Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, for both SMB and Enterprise applications Knowledge of Unified Communication & Contact Center in the carrier (service provider) space Superior verbal/written communication and listening skills; A must given the diverse roles and types this individual will engage with. Comfortable with trade show contributions and speaker duties Willingness and able to travel as needed (<50% of job)
