What you will do –

The position, based in Mexico City, will oversee Emergency Care sales in Mexico, Argentina, and Chile, managing both direct and indirect channels.

Establish Stryker as the preferred supplier by working closely with distribution partners and direct sales team to set and accomplish sales and profit goals and implement key market segment penetration strategies and tactics.Identify, prioritize, and provide focused attention to 10 - 15 key strategic accounts. Maintains knowledge of commercial markets, competitor's product and pricing. Provides feedback to manager regarding competitive activity, trends, changes and competitors. Manages local and regional branches of distributors, monitors performance and initiates appropriate actions to drive sales.Develop annual business plans updated on a yearly basis for distribution partners. Conduct business reviews on a quarterly basis with key strategic accounts. Ensure a common understanding and application of company guidelines on utilization of distribution partners with the direct sales team. Develop and increase sales of distribution partners through education, training, operational and sales support and evaluation of these efforts.Develop strong relationships throughout all functional areas of distribution companies (i.e., operations, sales, marketing, etc.). Facilitate joint sales activities between channel partner field force and responsible Stryker Emergency Care sales force.Coach and develop distribution partners in the selling, call planning, funnel management and forecasting processes. Coordinate communications and act as the primary relationship contact for distribution partners.Assist the Distribution Management team in the process of selecting and negotiating contractual terms with potential distributors. Conduct group presentations to customers for product and/or educational training in support of Stryker products and programs, as required. Tailor presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements.Submit accurate and timely periodic reports and paperwork regarding activities and results such as territory activity reports, market surveys, expense reports, etc.Maintain an accurate account of demo inventory.  This involves proper storage and care as well as proper record keeping. Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.

What you will need –

Bachelor's degree is required.At least upper intermediate English skills is required.Previous experience in direct channel management is required.Previous experience in Capital Equipment sales is required.To be based in Mexico City or be willing to move.Indirect channel management is a plus.Experience in Emergency Care sales is a plus.
