Provide application support for OPT -Equipment, Microscope, Biometry, CDM, and related products of OPT group in the defined territory)Product Operation management by application, presentation, demonstration, and training to customerTo have a good knowledge of the medical products and to keep abreast in related technology advancesTo have involve to addressing problem equipment and co-ordinate with service and application teams till finish of problemAlways to visit customer for give support some basic maintenance such as clean up the lens, recheck all connecting of cable, UPS, ext and inform to engineer if found some critical issueAny other duties as assigned by the managementSupport for supervisor:
Ensure that Understand and responsible for the duties and professions of medical device sales representativesAlways provide sale report, sales forecast or follow supervisor to guide for addressing Critical IssueEnsure that not have customer complaining on behavior or not responsibility of sale representative of ZEISS

Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related fieldsExperience
A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Ophthalmic or related medical devices industry Experience in sales and technical salesGood knowledge on HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)Knowledge of and ability to a PDPA knowledge is a plusKnowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
