SALES SPECIALIST – REMOTE BASED OUT OF INDIANA
THE SALES SPECIALIST...
Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $10 million up to $20 million. Territory will include transactional and strategic accounts.Generates a minimum of 15% new profitable sales each fiscal year.Spends at least 50% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products.Manages time and territory in conjunction with manager on a bi-weekly basis.Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES SPECIALIST
Travel within the territory of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan is required. High School Diploma required. Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.3 to 5 years of sales/relationship management experience.Experience in medical markets is a plus.Customer Focused. Experience responding to customers and investigates with assistance from others as needed.Strong goal and results orientation.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Strong problem-solving skills.Aware of costs and assists in controlling costs related to own work.Knowledge of product offerings, product functionality, and applications.Proficient knowledge of markets and pricing practices/policies.#LI-CE1
