Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Motion, Drive Products in Philippine (Visayas Region).- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. - Technical Expertise of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Drives specifically for Cement, Sugar, Steel, Pulp and Paper and other Heavy Industries. Utilize extensive knowledge of pumps, fans, HVAC systems, cooling towers, motors, and drives to provide technical support and guidance to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Develop detailed proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements, leveraging technical knowledge to provide accurate and competitive solutions. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the industry. - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to clients to showcase the benefits and features of our products. - Work closely with the other division and operations and support team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements and innovations.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Proven track record of extensive experience in sales, preferably in the engineering sector, with specific expertise in pumps, fans, HVAC systems, cooling towers, motors, and drives.In-depth technical knowledge of relevant products and systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present technical information
