Job Title : Sales Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Account Management:

- Manage customer accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.

- Develops and maintains a partnership relationship with national accounts and supports service providers within an assigned region, leading to increased sales throughout the regional account base.

- Understands the customers’ business, processes and key issues. Ensure that ZEISS’ capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.

- Continues to develop potential new customers and markets for ZEISS products.

Account Support:

- Works with Customer Support to contribute to integrated customer account management.

- Keeps up to date on major global activities and trends directly relevant to area of responsibility.

Customer supports and projects management:

- Works with application team to manage the potential business such as demonstration of new tool or features.

- Manages the escalations by internal or external stakeholders.

- Supports the Technical Roadmap Meetings with external customers and internal stakeholders

Sales Strategy:

- Contributes to the development and execution of long term and short term sales strategies.

- Demonstrates clear understanding of the overall sales business plan dynamics and the effect on customers’ accounts.  

Sales Forecast:

- Prepares routine sales forecasts

- Gathers and communicates customer and market information to facilitate management decision making on sales strategy, marketing etc.

Contracts:

- May negotiate or assist in the negotiation of contracts with customers with legal support.

- Responsible for managing the sales order processes to closure.

Administration and Communication:

- Ensure that all quotation and all other customer communication are handled promptly and accurate.

- Responsible for managing quotation and sales order processes for the applicable accounts by monitoring administration of account progress and customer satisfaction.

The essential requirements of the job include :

Education:
- Bachelor or above with broad industry experience including management backgroundExperience:
- Prefer 6 ~10 years of marketing/sales experience in semiconductor process or equipment segment
- Prefer some direct experience in (photo) mask technologies and mask shop segment
- Experienced professional with broad technical understanding
- Good understanding of commercial processes
