Your Key Responsibilities Maintenance of annual sales plan Regular customer visits (customer facing time 75% / Office time 25%) Customer / market activities to include staff / installer training jointly with product management team Attendance at evening / weekend trade events Gathering market intelligence Completion of weekly customer / market report Maintaining good customer relationships Jointly visit the end customer (repairer or retailer) with our customer's sales representatives Implement sales objectives and strategies for dedicated customers Provide technical support together with the product management team Forecasting of customer demands Sales planning and transfer of quotations to customers Market survey and analysis for potential new and existing customers New customer development Competitor analysis Your Qualifications Tertiary education or mechanical trade desired MIn. 3-5 years' experience in Automotive spare parts sales or equivalent Strong knowledge of the relevant application technology Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Good working knowledge of Windows Office programs Experience working with SalesForce would be beneficial Excellent knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry in Australia Highly motivated, energetic, dedicated and able to work autonomously Good organisation and time management skills Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand
