Sales Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for the sales within a defined territory of pharmaceuticals products in our Established Pharmaceuticals Division.
Main Responsibilities:
Organizes and implements selling activities in line with the plan for business in private sectorAchieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives through the use of professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectivesWork with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approvedIdentify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing businessDevelop and maintain territory and customer recordsAttend regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanismsEnsure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of ConductReport any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance andAffiliate Safety Representative respectivelyRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science and related disciplinesSales experience in health-care industry preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in salesEnergetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skillsResult oriented to achieve/exceed job expectationsGood English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsCandidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Specialist
