The Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for serving related accounts that drive significant impact to the organization. This position is part of the Bioprocess team, located in Chengdu. What you will do: + Diligently achieve the assigned sales performance targets and strictly implement the organization’s sales strategies. + Proficiently use SFDC and other management tools to scientifically manage companies within the region and establish regular follow-up plans. + Stay updated on developments in the biopharmaceutical industry, and leverage and coordinate resources based on the needs of clients in the region to achieve both customer and personal performance goals. + Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Adapt to irregular business travel. + Demonstrate strong emotional management and stress resilience. Who you are: + A proven track record of more than 1.5 years in direct sales within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry. + A bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or a related field.
