Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Solution Sales, you will be responsible for presenting and selling ABB Excitation products to clients, including sales agreement and upgrade solution etc. Reporting to the Solution Sales Manager, you will prepare presentations, proposals, quotation and sales contracts with operation team. 1) Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 2) Presenting and selling products to current clients, including service, training and upgrade solution etc. 3) Establishing & maintaining effective customer relationships on all levels to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of ABB offerings, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. 4) Achieving sales target in term of value and margin. 5) Preparing presentations, proposals, quotation and sales contracts with operation team. Following-up for collection of payment. 6) Providing overall rolling forecast monthly and sales plan weekly. Performing other relative duties as assigned. 7) Enhancing of regional customer coverage rate and the degree of satisfaction. 8) Identifying opportunities with existing and potential EPC’s within defined account customers and make plans for service sales actions.
Qualifications for the roleKnowledge, Skills and Experience:1) 3-5 years of work experience in technical sales, sales experience in power industry.2) Strong sales competency.3) Knowledge in computer skills, including Office, PPT etc.4) Bachelor’s degree with Power engineering.5) Must have good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.6) Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.7) Fluency in Mandarin and English.8) Able to frequently travel for customer visit and presentation.9) Previous experience in the power field.
