**Job Description Summary**
Would you like to work for a great purpose? We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Patient Care Solutions Sales team to cover Eastern, and partly, Northern Finland. In this role you will work together with the local team to drive sales for Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia and Respiratory Care, Maternal Infant Care and Consumables & Accessories products. You will be the sales expert of your products and for your customers, with solution-based sales approach.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Achieve orders and sales target for assigned products in Eastern Finland, and partly, in Northern Finland
+ Build strong business relationships and answer to customers’ inquiries and needs
+ Provide clinical training to end-users
+ Maintain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory,
+ Present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits with healthcare professionals
+ Maintain up to date knowledge of your products together with modality team,
+ Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data
+ Forecast sales within the applicable sales funnel tools
+ Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote products/solutions and company
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in clinical or technical field
+ Strong presentation skills, as well as negotiation & closing skills
+ Understanding of hospital environments and public procurement
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
+ Ability to travel and valid driver’s license
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Master’s degree
+ Experience from OR/ICU
+ Sales experience med-tech/health-tech industry
+ Ability to energize, develop and build relationships at all levels of an organization
