Sales Specialist – Sequencing Solutions (18 month maternity cover) 

Roche Molecular Solutions (UK) – Territory: (East of England - Cambridge area)

This is your chance to be a key player in expanding our reach within the South of England, working with top-tier Genomic Laboratory Hubs and Research Institutions. You’ll be at the forefront of revolutionising the field, maximising sales opportunities, and making a direct impact on healthcare outcomes.

Who You Are

You are a resilient and tenacious sales professional with a strong background in life sciences, eager to take on a role that truly matters. You bring a deep understanding of NGS and genomic medicine techniques, or a keen willingness to learn and grow in this space.

You are driven, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, where your ability to foster strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions will shine. You bring solid experience in sales territory management and are adept at using the latest digital sales tools to drive commercial success.

Most importantly, you are someone who is excited by innovation, committed to teamwork, and ready to contribute to a leading-edge organisation that values your growth and development.

Key Skills & ExperienceEducation: MSc or higher in Life Sciences (Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology) or equivalent.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of NGS, Genomic Medicine, and Molecular Biology techniques. Bioinformatics experience is a plus.Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with excellent skills in territory management and relationship building.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present and train customers, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.Commercial Acumen: Strong organisational skills and flexibility to drive results using digital engagement tools.
