Danfoss is looking for an energy-efficiency minded Sales Specialist to develop water and Wastewater segment in Brazil.
The candidate should have sales experience in government companies focused on Water and Wastewater to attend strategic also OEM’s and SYS accounts based in Osasco, SP.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Sales growth for the drives for W/WW segment within the assigned region of account territories.
Develop an understanding of account needs within the region, key decision makers, applications, products/product development plans and competitive situation.
Responsible for the W/WW Segment, Support and coordinate all bidding process.
Develop relationships and establish contacts with all hierarchy of strategic customers, mainly Global OEMs & Corporate End Users.
Specification of frequency converters, soft-starters and electrical panels, some knowledge in automation will be considered differential.
Responsible for technical equalization between our products and competitors.
Availability to travel around 60-70% of the job time
Support all sales team included representatives and distributors.
Responsible for all commercial process, quotations & orders.
Act according to the company´s Ethical guidelines and its quality policy.
Develop the segment in the market, analyze the macroeconomic environment and impacts to the market with a clearly Business Plan.
Responsible for updating Sales Force and Pipeline.
Alignment with the global team & strategy.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor´s degree in Engineering, have outstanding communication and sales growth oriented.
Technical sales experience and good feeling to identify what customer needs.
Understanding of the W/WW Brazil segment.
Collaborate with other colleagues in a matrix organization.
Commercial & Flexible to solve problems.
Fluent English.
Ability to speak in public and have conversations on a technical level with the customers.
