Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries Division of ABB, supporting Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia Cluster.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.•\tEnsuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in managing sales and building excellent relationships with clients.Ability to demonstrate your knowledge of the market and the industry.Possess an enhanced knowledge in processing sales tools, documentations, quotations, etc.You are passionate about driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.Degree in Engineering or another related course.You are at ease communicating in English.
