Your role and responsibilities

For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team (Electrical Vehicle Chargers),understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helpingcustomers improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected. Based in Metamorphossis, Greece, you will report to the Product Marketing Manager & you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs. You will be mainly accountable for: • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to recognize their needs, promoting theirunderstanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.• Meeting short-term / long-term sales and revenue goals following team’s KPIs, preparing offers and managing administrative procedures of sales processes (offer tools, invoices, letters of credit,communication with accounting etc.) based on ABB’s state’s guidelines.• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.

Qualifications for the role

University Degree in Engineering or other relevant department (e.g. Marketing)You have 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support. Knowledge of ABB products or experience in UPS market will be considered a plusYou are at ease communicating in Greek & English languageHighly adept in MS Office tools (e.g. excel, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plusOwnership & ProfessionalismStrong communication and Negotiation skillsA Collaborative, Customer-oriented approach
