Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Motion Business Line in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tYou have 5+ years of experience in sales especially electric motors and variable frequency drives and at least 2 years in sales for OEMs.\tYou have experience with Salesforce.\tYou have experience preparing monthly sales reports and developing business plans for OEMs.\tIf you have technical knowledge of motors and drives is desirable.\tIf you are easy to communicate in English in an intermediate level at least is a plus.\tYou have availability to travel.\tBacherlor's Degree in Mechanical, electrical, industrial, mechatronic, communications and electronics, control and automations engineering or related.
