Accelerate revenue growth of Process Instrumentation & Process Analitics portfolio and maximize customer value by providing technical and sales expertise. Guide portfolio selection, fit, and implementation acting as a trusted advisor in close alignment with Account Managers and Technical Sales teams. Ensure the right portfolio value positioning and contribute to advancing deal closure from technical and commercial perspectives.
How You'll Make an Impact- Act as Portfolio specialist, supporting Account Managers and Technical Sales teams (internal) and Partners/Customers (external)- Define portfolio fit and competitive positioning in local market- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and areas for portfolio growth/expansion- Define G2M and Marketing strategy for local Japanese market- Create sales collaterals (slides, brochures/leaflets, website, SNS etc.) and portfolio documentation (instruction manuals etc.)- Train sales teams by providing key technical insights and sales narratives- Closely align with Account Managers and Technical Sales teams to address customer challenges and integrate portfolio offerings into sales opportunities- Engage directly with Partners/Customers to understand technical and business requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs- Facilitate customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction to drive long-term customer retention and growth- Participate in global promoter and expert calls and conferences- Provide feedback to HQ teams based on market requirements and customer needs
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in automation technologies in process industriesProcess Instrumentation (Flow/Pressure/Temperature/Level meters, Valve Positioners)Process Analytics (Gas/Liquid Analytics)Process Automation and Control- Exposure to multicultural environment, working in international projects and teams- Business Development, Sales and Marketing-Advanced English skills
