Your role: In the role of Sales Specialist for industrial and testing labs, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. The focus is on chemical products - laboratory reagents and solutions for analyses, with the focus on instrumental analysis such as chromatography, spectroscopy and spectrophotometry. You will implement local sales strategies, ensuring sales align with planned promotions and offers. Your role involves managing and fulfilling the needs of assigned customers, providing technical support, expert knowledge on our products and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will coordinate key account management with HQ, negotiate commercial terms, and prepare offers. Regular customer visits on the area of the whole Slovakia, maintaining an accurate database, and evaluating customer potential are the essential tasks. Collaboration with other departments is crucial for customer satisfaction, along with seeking new business opportunities and trends in the industry. You will support sales planning, implement marketing activities, and collect market data. Promptly communicate quality complaints and adverse events to the appropriate departments.
 

Who you are:

Critical: excellent selling and communication skills

University degree with specialization in Life Science (analytical chemistry or biochemistry, or a related field)

Experience in sales, preferably within the industrial labs

Excellent knowledge of the market, products and competitors

Excellent communication and presentation skills, time management skills, good self-management

Professional contacts in the field of Life Science

Good English (spoken and written) including science terminology; fluency in Slovak/Czech

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), working with data, knowledge of business-specific software

Ability to work in the international environment

Driving license group B required, the ability and willingness to travel by car (approximately 50% of the time)

 
Salary starts at 1,800 EUR and is dependent upon relevant experience.
