Job Description

Sales Specialist Leader, Hospital Patient Monitoring

In this role, you will lead strategy and people to help our UK&I customers seamlessly connect data, technology and, most importantly, people – through a wide range of Hospital Patient Monitoring products, software and services.

Your role:

Execute tactical sales plans, leveraging market insights to drive revenue growth and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Guide a team of five Modality Sales Specialists and enhance their clinical and technical product knowledge to support account managers in closing successful deals.

Define and control business policies, pricing strategies, and product configurations within Hospital Patient Monitoring UK&I, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and strategic alignment.

Communicate strategic insights, educate customers on technological innovations, and address inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction and meet sales targets.

This role is based from your home in the UK and will include up to 40% travel to customers in the UK and to our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

You’re right for this role if:

You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent with experience in areas such as Business Development or Clinical Sales within the medical device industry.

You enjoy process improvement and can share examples of where you have implemented change

You are comfortable working cross functionally, disseminating critical information, paving the way to successful collaboration

You are motivated to developing others and have the behaviours needed to enable your team to thrive

You have a full Driving License

Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
