Channel Sales Director (East & West Africa EL- SP/SB)
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: (Onsite)This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area for Smart Power/ Smart Building based in Lagos Nigeria. You will be mainly accountable for:•Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.•Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor of Electrical/ /Mechanical Electronics Engineering5 to 7 years’ experience in Nigeria/ West Africa region for selling of Electrical Switchgear or similar industry.Good knowledge on Export / Import procedure and documentation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English Language.
