Sales Strategy, Vice President

Who we are looking for

Global Sales and RM Enablement team is seeking a Vice President of Sales Strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and tracking sales strategies that optimize revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness, and align with broader business objectives using vast datasets including share of wallet and competitive intelligence. The VP of Sales Strategy will work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure a data-driven, scalable, and client-centric approach to market expansion.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive positioning.Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through leveraging share of wallet metrics, sales process enhancements, pricing strategies and go-to-market execution.Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to enhance productivity through training, tools, and best practices.Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to inform decision-making and sales priorities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy and overall business goals.Performance Management: Establish KPIs, track sales effectiveness, and provide insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.Leadership & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on sales execution and growth opportunities.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or sales leadership, preferably in financial services, technology, or consultingDeep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecastingTrack record of driving transformational sales initiatives and improving sales productivity.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
