Sales Strategy Analyst

About This Role
Role & Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Revenue Management team, you will play a crucial role in providing the Americas Sales team with the strategic insights and data necessary to achieve their goals and measure performance. You will collaborate with business leaders at all levels to identify strategic priorities, uncover revenue opportunities, and develop scalable, actionable solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with the EMEAA Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to ensure alignment and harmonization of best practices.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Analytics, Project Management, and Communication:
+ Present insights and recommendations to management through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
+ Play a key role in business strategy discussions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
+ Gather and analyze data to support annual sales target setting.
+ Collect performance data, calculate, and present quarterly/annual sales incentives.
+ Provide recommendations to improve processes and ensure the incentive structure drives business outcomes.
+ Maintain and ensure data integrity of the Sales dashboard.
Project Management:
+ Direct all phases of projects from requirement analysis and planning through to successful delivery, particularly for the Salesforce Lightning project.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Salesforce requirements and provide ongoing support to maximize system effectiveness and adoption.
+ Act as a liaison between Sales, Commercial Excellence, and deployment teams.
+ Support training activities during the Salesforce Lightning rollout.
+ Utilize Salesforce as a super user.
Sales Analytics:
+ Collect, assure quality, and maintain integrity of Winroom platform sheet data.
+ Track and report on opportunities.
+ Maintain and enhance the Winroom dashboard.
+ Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning, such as prioritizing high-value opportunities.
+ Support various ad-hoc report requests from the sales leadership team.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 2 to 5 years of job-related experience.
+ Advanced Excel proficiency, including data modeling, dashboard creation, data cleaning, data analysis, and visualization.
+ Knowledge of Salesforce is required.
