Support our West sales team by managing Salesforce data and generating insightful reports.Analyse key market trends in the resource sector and compile project pipeline information to help shape our sales strategies.Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to our Director, assisting in the development of strategic and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce data in collaboration with business development and sales teams to ensure accuracyCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales processes for maintaining an accurate CRM databaseDevelop and prepare Salesforce reports and dashboards aligned with sales strategies and reporting requirementsAnalyse and report on key trends in Salesforce to support sales strategiesAnalyse and report on market trends and project developments in the minerals marketPrepare annual and quarterly budget data packsPrepare and submit weekly and monthly internal sales reports, financial updates, board packs, and strategic documentsTrain key sales staff in the correct use of Salesforce, including opportunity creation, updates, and customer information record-keepingCollaborate with business development, aftermarket, and OE sales teams to develop sales strategies and manage customer relationshipsDevelop and implement strategies to increase Salesforce adoption and usageSupport the arrangement of group travel when required and perform additional administrative duties as neededAct as the principal contact point for the Director, managing their calendar, travel bookings, and coordinating diary meetings with the Senior Leadership Team

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role, in particular the management, population and administration of a CRM databaseSalesforce experience is highly desirableExperience in CRM and SAPEngineering or Mining industry experience is desirableAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)
