WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Thanks to our growth, our team needs someone who is focused on driving and scaling our sales and Go-To-Market motions. The Sales Strategy Analyst will develop, communicate, and execute on strategic sales plays, programs, and initiatives as part of our Sales Strategy Team, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Sales Strategy.

The right team member will help build and ideate on new and data-driven sales approaches at Box, identify opportunities at scale, make insightful recommendations, and confidently communicate about sales strategy and messaging across stakeholders. You will need to balance the management of several simultaneous projects, so experience collaborating and advising on interdepartmental initiatives is paramount. Driving cross-functional alignment, crafting effective sales messaging and campaigns, and executing on growth initiatives will be key elements of this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive initiatives with GTM teams that deliver tangible results (ARR, Pipeline, ROI, etc.) Craft effective sales messaging and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to engage new and existing customers Support the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs that drive revenue Connect the dots between Sales, Online Sales, CS, Renewals, and Box Partners to propel pipeline growth, increase customer retention, and mitigate churn Improve processes, tools, and metrics that enable transparent project management and reporting Partner with Box’s Business Analytics and Data Science Team(s) to evolve existing + future data-driven plays Work with Enablement and department leaders to create consistent execution and facilitate the sharing of best practices across global teams

WHO YOU ARE

2+ years experience in a sales or strategy operations environment Passionate & curious about experimentation, creating new approaches to drive results Comfortable leveraging data to shape and execute targeted plays Strong communication and writing skills, ideally customer-campaign experience Versatile and dedicated to driving efficient productivity Proven experience organizing and strategizing with multiple teams and departments Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Tableau or similar preferred Comfortable leading projects end-to-end, autonomously
