Homes.com is growing quickly and we’re looking for analysts to help accelerate our growth. This role will be responsible for building out the data and reporting ecosystem Homes.com Sales will use to assess and drive sales performance.
You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to design, build, maintain, and improve Sales data and business intelligence reporting products.
This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers 4 days a week onsite with 1 day remote.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop sales strategies to optimize prospect segmentation, prospect contact, sales conversion, product pricing, special offers, ongoing servicing, sales incentives and contests, and sales workforce effectiveness
+ Analytically assess sales performance across strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and create options and recommendations
+ Develop hypotheses, test them, and analyze results
+ Develop improvement solutions, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop comprehensive monitoring plans
+ Work closely Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology partners to drive improvement in sales results, sales process, data capture, forecasts, and quality
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college in any quantitative major (Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Science, Engineering)
+ A track record of commitment to prior employers
+ 2+ years of experience in analytical work such as business, operations, or product strategy or consulting
+ 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performing data analytics
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Science, Engineering)
+ 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing strategy
+ 1+ years of experience in consulting
+ Proficiency using SQL tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Databricks
+ Knowledge in working with Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
+ A proven track record of decision making and analytical problem-solving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills
